All appointments take place virtually via HIPAA compliant software.

2-Hour Virtual Appointment
Personalized e-workbook with assessments, resources, and/or activities to help you meet your goals
30-Minute Follow-up Appointment
This is a targeted, solutions-focused experience designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Do you accept insurance?
Our services are not directly covered by insurance, however, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for your session(s). You are responsible for confirming FSA eligibility prior to your appointment. We also accept most other major debit and credit cards. Please email contact@avocomh.org for any other financial or insurance questions.
Do you offer financial assistance?
We are committed to making mental healthcare affordable and attainable for all. To address financial barriers to treatment, we offer:
Payment Plans: If you would like to make payments on your session fee over 1-3 months, simply note this on your intake form after booking your appointment.
Sliding Scale Options: We utilize the Alexis J. Cunningfolk Green Bottle Method (pictured) for you to determine your experience and level of ability to pay.
Sliding Scale Fees as of 11/8/2024:
Tier 3: 100% of Session Cost
Tier 2: 75% of Session Cost
Tier 1: 50% of Session Cost
Simply select which tier you choose on your intake form after booking your appointment (and if a payment plan is desired, as well).
